Platform terms of service

These terms are between you and OPSAVOR and govern your use of the OPSAVOR platform — the software that takes in a restaurant's documents, reads them, checks that the numbers agree, and records each one in a single set of books. By using the platform, you agree to them. How we handle your information is set out in the privacy notice.
OPSAVOR is a closed, invite-only beta. You may use the platform only if we have invited you and you have accepted. Access and capacity are limited, and we may add, change, limit or remove people and features at any time.
We are heavily optimizing the platform based on the data users provide. That is how the beta gets better, and it means the product changes often: what you see today may work differently tomorrow. Please keep your own records and do not treat the beta as a finished or guaranteed service.
Who may use the platform
You may use the platform only on behalf of a restaurant business that we have invited to the beta, and only if you are authorized to act for that business. Keep your login and your team’s logins secure, and tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused. You are responsible for what anyone using your account does.
How the platform works
The platform is built to take in whatever a restaurant already produces — a sales report, a spreadsheet, a photo of a receipt, an emailed invoice — read it, check that the numbers agree with each other, and record each number once, with a note of where it came from. It is built around a few promises:
- Nothing is counted until a person confirms it. The platform reads your documents and shows you what it found; a number only enters your books once someone confirms it.
- The numbers have to add up. A document that does not agree with itself is flagged, not trusted.
- A missing number is never shown as zero. Where something is not supplied, the platform says so.
- Nothing is paid, sent or posted without a person approving it.
The platform reads your documents with AI
Much of the platform works by reading your documents automatically. Common reports are read exactly; anything unusual gets a careful best attempt, and the platform says clearly what it is unsure about. Automated reading can still be wrong, and it is not legal, accounting, tax or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming anything you rely on, and for consulting your own qualified professionals. Where the platform shows a figure or a decision, the record behind it is there for you to check.
Your data
You decide what to put into the platform — for example the documents you upload or email (reports, invoices, receipts, statements), your sales, your schedules and other operating information — and you confirm that you are allowed to share it with us. You keep ownership of your data. We process it to run the platform for you and, as described above and in the privacy notice, to measure and improve how well the platform reads.
Acceptable use
Please use the platform lawfully and as intended. In particular, do not:
- upload content you are not allowed to share, or that is unlawful;
- try to break into, disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the platform, or access data that is not yours;
- share your access with anyone outside the business we invited, or resell the platform; or
- use the platform to break the law or the rights of others.
Fees
The beta is provided at no charge unless we agree otherwise with you in writing — for example in a pilot agreement. Any paid terms take effect only once they are agreed in writing.
Our property and your feedback
OPSAVOR and its software, design and brand belong to us; during the beta we give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform as these terms allow. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve OPSAVOR without obligation to you.
Availability and changes
Because this is a beta, we do not promise any level of uptime or availability. We may change, pause, or remove features, and we may take the platform down for maintenance, at any time and without notice.
Ending access
You can stop using the platform at any time. We can end or suspend your access if you break these terms, if we need to protect the platform or other users, or if we end the beta. If your access ends, we will make your data available to export for a reasonable period on request, and then delete it as described in the privacy notice.
Disclaimers and limits
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the beta. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the beta develops. When we do, we change the date at the top, and continuing to use the platform means you accept the update.
