Privacy notice

Last updated October 10, 2026.

This notice explains what OPSAVOR collects — when you use the platform, and when you visit our websites — why we collect it, and the choices available to you. It is the companion to the platform terms of service.

In short. A restaurant keeps ownership of its information. We use it to run the platform for that restaurant, and to measure and improve how well the platform reads. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Bank and tax details are kept private and controlled.

What the platform collects

When a restaurant uses OPSAVOR, it sends us the documents it already produces — a sales report, a spreadsheet, a photo of a receipt, an emailed invoice, and the like — together with what people do in the product: the readings they confirm or correct, the notes they add, and who did what. For each number the platform records, it keeps a note of the document it came from.

Why we use it

We use this information for two purposes:

How we treat what we read

The platform is built so that nothing is counted until a person confirms it, a missing number is never shown as zero, and nothing is paid, sent or posted without a person approving it. Those rules apply to the information too: a reading the platform is unsure about is marked as such, not treated as fact.

Sensitive details

Bank and tax details are kept private and controlled. Access to them inside OPSAVOR is limited, and they are masked wherever they are not needed.

Emails

Each restaurant has its own OPSAVOR address. Emails sent there — for example invoices and receipts — arrive at the platform and are listed, with each attached document's reading state, so nothing that arrives is lost.

Sale and sharing

OPSAVOR does not sell your personal information or share it for third-party advertising. Service providers that help us run the platform and our websites, such as hosting and Google Analytics, process information on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, our business records and legal obligations. Original documents are kept so that every number can be traced back to its source. To ask us to access, correct or export information you gave us, or to delete it, email joey@opsavor.ai.

Our websites

When you visit our websites, we use Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. It records information such as the pages viewed and for how long, the type of device and browser, the site that referred you, and an approximate location such as city or country. It uses cookies. We do not use advertising features or advertising trackers, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings or install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

If you join the launch list, use a feedback or sales form, or email us, we store what you send so we can follow up and improve OPSAVOR. The interactive demo uses fictional restaurants and sample data, keeps your progress in your own browser, and does not send your entries to us.

Children

Our websites are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this notice as OPSAVOR develops. The date above changes when we do.
