This notice explains what the OPSAVOR website (opsavor.ai) collects, why, and the choices available to you.

Visit statistics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. It records information such as the pages viewed and for how long, the type of device and browser, the site that referred you, and an approximate location such as city or country. It uses cookies on this website. We do not use advertising features or advertising trackers.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

The launch list

If you choose to join the launch list, the form is on this website and stores what you enter — your email, and optionally your name and restaurant — in our own database. We use it only to send OPSAVOR launch and pilot updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Owner feedback and email

The owner feedback and launch-list forms on this website submit what you enter to us and store it so we can follow up. Optional referrer and sales-representative names are stored with your inquiry to help us attribute the introduction; they are visible in our private team inbox. The sales-opportunity form stores your application details and written-terms acknowledgment so our authorized team can assess your interest and contact you. The client feedback form (/feedback) stores your report — what kind it is, your restaurant, your name and contact details, and what you wrote — so our team can review it and, if you allow, reply; it is visible only in our private team inbox, and like the other forms it records the browser details and IP address the request came from. When you email us, we use your message to reply and to improve OPSAVOR.

The interactive demo

The demo uses fictional restaurants and sample data. It keeps your progress in your own browser and does not send your entries to OPSAVOR. It never asks for passwords to restaurant systems.

Sale and sharing

OPSAVOR does not sell your personal information or share it for third-party advertising. Service providers that help run the website, such as hosting and Google Analytics, process information on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, our business records and legal obligations. To ask us to access, correct or delete information you gave us, email joey@opsavor.ai.

Children

This business website is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this notice as OPSAVOR develops. The date above changes when we do.
