The founding-owner and feedback forms may collect your name, email address, restaurant or group, number of locations, role, consent choice, and the operational feedback you submit. Contact fields on the feedback form are optional unless you ask for a reply.

How OPSAVOR uses it

• To reply when you request or permit a response.
• To send launch-only updates when you explicitly join the founding-owner list.
• To improve the product, pilot process, positioning, and owner experience.
• To protect the website, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Sale and sharing

OPSAVOR does not sell your personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that help operate, host, secure, or store the website and its submissions, or disclosed when required by law. It is not shared for third-party advertising.

Retention and your choices

Submissions are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, business records, and legal obligations. You may unsubscribe from launch emails at any time. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing joey@opsavor.ai.

Security and restaurant data

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect website submissions, but no internet service can promise absolute security. The public working demo uses example data and does not request your restaurant-system passwords. Any future pilot scope and data-handling process will be confirmed with the participating owner before restaurant data is used.

Children and updates

This business website is not directed to children under 13. This notice may be updated as OPSAVOR develops; the date above will change when material revisions are made.
